Life Drawing

A 30-minute study of the subject lying down. A focus on body proportion, perspective and lighting using a pencil and two pencil crayons.

15-20 minute study on muscles and anatomy. Lighting and shading are a focus through the colours.

A watercolour painting, made from the prompt water creature. I had a lot of fun painting the skin and the lily pad-like skirt. I also enjoyed making her more aged for I felt it gave her more character and the painting more unique.
